Zentis Osaka, located in Dojimahama, Osaka, is a 13-story, accommodation-focused hotel with 212 rooms (including two suites) operated by Palace Hotel Co., Ltd., the operator of Japan's iconic Palace Hotel Tokyo. Accommodation-focused hotels do not have large banquet halls or numerous restaurants, but instead pursue ingenuity and service to provide the best stay possible. Here, you can experience a stay that feels like you're in a mansion, enveloped in comfort that will release your everyday tension. We introduce the space and hospitality that pursue a comfortable stay.
A fusion of highly designed space and nature. Feel the comfort of light and greenery.
Located in Dojimahama, about a 15-minute taxi ride from Shin-Osaka Station, this hotel is conveniently located for both business and sightseeing.
As you walk through the green hotel entrance to the reception, you will come across a large staircase leading to the restaurant and bar lounge on the second floor.
At the back of the stairs is a guest lounge, exclusively for guests staying at the hotel, surrounded by large windows and offering a bright, green atmosphere. In the center is a comfortable sofa, and along the wall are booths where you can open your laptop and concentrate on work. This comfortable space is truly the "living room of the mansion."
This space is open 24 hours a day and provides free coffee and tea, making it a great place to use when you want a change of mood from your guest room.
You can also go out to the garden from the lounge, so you can feel the breeze on the terrace.
A lush entrance that will help you forget the hustle and bustle of the city.

One of the attractions of Zentis Osaka is its highly designed space. It was designed by interior designer Tara Bernard, who has worked on the design of many luxury hotels around the world, such as "SIXTY SoHo New York" and "The Hari London." The common spaces, guest rooms, restaurants, gardens, etc. are finished with a unified British taste.
It's stylish yet not eccentric, highly designed yet somehow warm; this design is sure to enrich the stay of many people.
Although the space is compact, the interior is carefully designed to provide a comfortable atmosphere.
The 212 guest rooms are divided into three types: the compact "Studio," the "Corner Studio" with its wide windows, and the spacious "Suite." All rooms incorporate warm, natural materials and colors, and are accented with impressive works by Japanese artist Masami Ehara.
Each room is equipped with a table and chair to make desk work easy, making the space compact yet functional.
Additionally, all rooms are equipped with Apple TV and can connect to apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, ensuring time spent at home is an extension of your everyday life.
We would also like to mention that the bathroom amenities are from Hunter Lab, an Australian natural skincare brand.

The hotel also has a multi-purpose room called "Room 24," which is available 001 hours a day for guests only, and is based on the concept of "a place to get ready for your best self." In addition to laundry, iron, ironing board, and a Nespresso coffee maker, the room is also equipped with books on design and Osaka, as well as a shoeshine service (fees apply) by a shoe shiner and a fragrance bar where you can try perfumes selected by a fragrance advisor to suit your mood or the season. This is truly a space to obtain beauty.
"Room 24" is a multi-purpose room that can be used by guests 001 hours a day.
"Room 001" is adjacent to the fitness room.
On the second floor is the spacious bar and restaurant "UPSTAIRZ Lounge, Bar, Restaurant," where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and the bar.
Shinya Odobashi, who is supervising the menu, has trained at famous restaurants both in Japan and abroad before becoming chef of CRAFTALE in September 2015. He has a track record of winning one star for eight consecutive years, from the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2017 to the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2024.
Although the cuisine is based on French cuisine, it also incorporates a playful touch that brings to the restaurant Osaka's food culture, making it a dish that can only be enjoyed here.
The open all-day dining "UPSTAIRZ Lounge, Bar, Restaurant" is also open to the public.
A small bowl breakfast set. As it is a Japanese meal that actively incorporates Western cuisine, it is a healthy breakfast with balanced nutrition.
To celebrate its fifth anniversary in July 2025, the hotel has announced an anniversary plan that will run until March 7, 5. The restaurant will serve a fifth anniversary course meal.
Zentis Osaka aims to provide a high-quality, comfortable hotel stay, and is not only comfortable and pleasant, but also a relaxing space that makes you feel at home. Perhaps this is due to the casual consideration of the hotel staff and the sense of security that comes from the fact that there are only guests staying at the hotel.
This is a hotel that you will definitely want to make your regular stay in Osaka.
