All 11 guest rooms have been created in collaboration with 11 prestigious Champagne Maisons (producers). The world's first official champagne hotel was made possible by the accomplishments of Kazuto Yamamoto, a pioneer in the champagne industry who worked to create a champagne culture in Japan. The rooms, called cuvée rooms, are approximately 37 to 51 square meters in size and express the worldview of each champagne maison with which they collaborated.
