Villa Aida is located in Iwade, Wakayama Prefecture. A number of dishes that boldly use vegetables are attracting attention. Almost all of the vegetables, about 130 varieties, are grown by Chef and his wife Kobayashi themselves in the field near the restaurant. As an agri-gastronomy restaurant that makes the most of vegetables, guests come from all over Japan all the time. In October 2021, we achieved the remarkable feat of receiving two stars in the “Michelin Guide Kyoto/Osaka + Wakayama 10”.
