Wako Annex has released a selection of exquisite sweets perfect for the deepening autumn season. The second floor tea salon has started serving the autumn menu "SHIKI Parfait -AKI-" from the "SHIKI Parfait" series, which expresses the flavors of each season.

The parfait's varied chocolate flavors and textures are complemented by the moderately tart cacao husk jelly and caramelized pears, creating a sophisticated taste. The decorations, including chestnuts in their skins and maple leaves, also evoke the arrival of autumn. As you eat, different textures emerge, allowing you to enjoy the depth of chocolate and the taste of autumn with all five senses.

The cake and chocolate shop on the first floor will be selling "SHIKI Chocolat Frais -AKI-" for a limited time until Sunday, November 30th. There are two types to choose from: "Kurikinton" made with a generous amount of Japanese chestnut paste from Kumamoto Prefecture, and "Caramel Poire" made with pear puree and liqueur.

Furthermore, the shop has introduced the "Premier Series," a top-of-the-line cake that pursues an unprecedentedly luxurious taste. Befitting the name "Premier," which means "the finest," this cake has been created without any compromise, from the selection of ingredients to the manufacturing process, and is the crystallization of Wako's proud aesthetic sense. The cakes are generous in size, about 1.5 times the usual size, making them perfect for enjoying indulgently alone.

The first product is "Premier Marron Robe de Reine - Queen's Dress -", ​​a combination of domestically grown Japanese chestnuts and roasted green tea, with a fragrant flavor that fills your mouth.
