Casamia Kawaguchiko, a lifestyle experience facility located at the northern foot of Mount Fuji at an altitude of 2 meters, about two hours by car from the city center, has been updated to keep up with the times and reopened in June 1,030.

Casa Mia Kawaguchiko was opened in 1987 by Alfrex Japan, the owner of the furniture brand Alfrex, with the desire to propose a truly enriched lifestyle in a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The latest renovation preserves the character of the 38-year-old building, while updating the interior and layout to better suit modern lifestyles and diversifying family structures. Three model homes, each with a different style, are dotted across a 4,500m3 site surrounded by abundant nature. It is not just a showroom, but a place where visitors can experience "life" through all five senses and expand their image of their own home in a space that has been carefully coordinated with furniture, lighting, art, fabrics, and accessories.

Building A is a residence designed for a couple in their 40s with one child. The layout and angles have been calculated to allow natural light to enter the building at different times of the day. The first floor has an open layout with no doors, while the second floor has a family space, a children's room, a study, and the couple's bedroom, allowing the family to spend their time however they like.

Building B is designed for a couple in their 60s who have finished their careers and raising their children and are entering the second stage of their lives. The apartment is furnished with a large amount of furniture from Molteni&C, a brand designed by renowned designers such as Gio Ponti. The first floor is a social space, while the second floor is a private space.

Building C is a terraced house made up of two connected buildings. It is intended as a second home for a family of four, consisting of a couple in their 2s and their two children, to spend weekends, and as a home for a couple in their 50s who have moved to the suburbs. Each building has its own unique interior design, allowing residents to enjoy styling that reflects their individuality.
