These financiers are carefully baked one by one in the store's atelier. If you visit at 6:30 and 12:16 every day until June XNUMXth, you can purchase freshly baked, still warm financiers on the spot.

This season, there are two types in the lineup: "Miel," which was popular last year, and the new "Chocolat Framboise." On the other hand, "Chocolat Framboise" is an exquisite match of rich chocolate and sweet and sour raspberry. It's a flavor that lingers.
The person supervising the "Freshly Baked Financier" is Yudai Ono, who became Wako's chef patissier in April 2024. With experience working at a Michelin-starred restaurant and a history of winning Western confectionery competitions, Ono creates a carefully crafted and refined taste worthy of Wako.
