This canelé is served as the signature dessert at the end of the Chef's Theatre course meal. Made with fragrant VSOP Dillon rum from Martinique and Tahitian vanilla beans, the canelé has a rich aroma and deep flavor and has many fans, so there have been many requests for it to be available for takeout.
