"Et Nunc Baguette (1 yen each)" is baked with original wheat that is a blend of multiple types of Hokkaido wheat, with careful attention to the grinding method.

The store name "Et Nunc" means "and now" in English. With the theme of ``deliciousness that you'll want to eat every day,'' the shop offers a wide variety of breads that are perfect for everyday life, such as baguettes and pandos made with domestic wheat and ingredients that the bakery chef has fallen in love with.

“Ciabata Anbata” (1 yen per piece) is a combination of Kitano Kaori, a rare variety known as miracle wheat, and moderately sweet red bean paste.

In addition, they are particular about presentation that lets you find the bread you want to eat right now, with a lineup of breads that are appropriate for each occasion, such as croissants for breakfast, side dish breads and sweet breads for lunch, and olive bread that goes well with wine for dinner.

``Pan de mie'' (1 yen per loaf) uses ``Yume Kaori'' from Ibaraki Prefecture, which is perfect for the crisp and light texture that the bakery chef envisions.

There are about 40 types of bread on display at all times, and there are eat-in spaces such as sofa seats, canter seats, and terrace seats, so you can enjoy freshly baked bread while strolling around Daikanyama.
