Ginza Nishikawa, a high-class bread specialty store, will be collaborating with Japan's leading chocolate specialty store, Musee de Chocolat Theobroma, to release their first Valentine's Day product, "Luxury Cacao Bread Supervised by Theobroma," on February 2st (Thursday). For a limited time from February 1th (Wednesday), it will be sold at Shikawa stores in Ginza nationwide.
"Luxury Cacao Bread Supervised by Theobroma" is produced by the artisans of the high-quality bread "Ginza Nishikawa" who are particular about water, and have fallen in love with the deep flavor of the chocolate from "Musee de Chocolat Theobroma", and have won awards at numerous chocolate competitions. It was created with the supervision of owner and chef Koji Tsuchiya. These two types of chocolate bread, which are available in limited quantities and make the most of the deliciousness of both Theobroma chocolate and Ginza Nishikawa's high-quality bread, are truly a masterpiece.
