At the Chinese restaurant "Dynasty" on the 2nd floor of the Hilton Tokyo, "Chinois Jaune" is being held for a limited time until mid-August, with appetizers and dim sum lunch styled after afternoon tea.

Chinese Afternoon Tea is themed on yellow, which has been considered the most noble imperial color since ancient China, and is served with 10 types of chef's specials including appetizers, soups, meat and seafood dishes, and wagon service. An early summer lunch plan where you can enjoy 10 types of all-you-can-eat dim sum, 4 types of special sweets plates, and plenty of lychees.

Popular summer menus such as ``Shrimp with Sweet Chili Mayonnaise Sauce'' and ``High-Fire Steamed Hokkaido Scallops and Charred Butter Oyster Sauce with Three Kinds of Mushrooms'' covered in golden sauce, and ``Cold Dandanmen'' served in mini sizes. Each person can enjoy one order of the chef's special dishes.

There are 10 types of dim sum to choose from, including the cute flower-shaped ``Seafood Flower Shumai with XO Sauce'' and the crispy ``Chicken and Vegetable Rolls.'' The steamed dim sum is served on a wagon, and the fried and grilled dim sum is served piping hot with each order.

After-meal sweets include ``pineapple and mango cake,'' ``mimosa-style tart,'' and fragrant ``frozen oolong tea jelly,'' which are served as one order per person. Lychee also appears.
