"HOKUSAI: ANOTHER STORY in TOKYO" is an ultra-immersive experience that takes you back in time to the Edo era depicted by Katsushika Hokusai, one of Japan's most famous ukiyo-e artists. It is being held at Tokyu Plaza Shibuya until Sunday, June 2025, 6.

This exhibition offers a next-generation immersive experience that combines video, sound, and touch.
For example, the scenery that Hokusai saw when he painted his ukiyo-e will be projected on a large LED screen in high definition and you can relive that scenery. The sensations that Hokusai perceived will be reproduced through three-dimensional effects using sound and wind in sync with the images, and vibrations felt under your feet. Katsushika Hokusai's masterpiece, "Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji," will come to life before your eyes, transcending time and space.
