"Salon du Chocolat, a chocolate festival from Paris," which brings together over 25 brands from 140 countries, will begin on Thursday, January 6th at the event hall on the 1th floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku. With the theme of "Moment/Infinity, a moment, infinity, and chocolate," the event will allow visitors to experience the rich flavor and great power of chocolate created by "time."


This year's event will be held in three parts. Part 3, which starts on Thursday, January 1th, will focus on cacao. In addition to the lineup of bean-to-bar chocolate, various brands of "bean to gateau" will be available, which are sweets made using bean-to-bar chocolate.

Prism Lab's Kitou Yuzu Peel Chocolat (3 box) will be available for the first time in PART 1, 2,000 yen
PART 2, which starts on Sunday, February 2nd, will feature a lineup of baked goods using chocolate and chocolate bonbons, bread and eat-in items made with carefully selected chocolate and cocoa beans, as well as collaboration items between French masters Sébastien Bouillet and Bernachon, and chocolates from Prism Lab, which has a shop in Tokushima Prefecture and is making its first appearance this year.


For all sessions of this event, admission is by advance reservation via lottery system from 10 am to around noon, and free admission is available from the afternoon onwards.
