A special exhibition of works by Living National Treasures: Ishikawa's traditional craft artists, "Ishikawa Crafts - Lacquer and Ceramics"

The Seiko House Hall in Wako, Ginza, will hold an exhibition titled "Ishikawa Crafts - Lacquer and Ceramic" featuring lacquer and ceramic artists who continue to create works in Ishikawa Prefecture. The exhibition will run from January 2025th (Thurs) to 1th (Sun), 16.

It has been a great partner supporting Wako's art and craft exhibitions for a long time.""Ishikawa Crafts." This exhibition showcases a number of works that express hope for the future and a desire for reconstruction by traditional Ishikawa craftsmen who continue to create sincerely despite the various difficulties they face. Works by Living National Treasures (holders of important intangible cultural properties) such as Yoshida Misato, Komori Kunie, Yamagishi Kazuo, and Nishi Katsuhiro will also be on special display.
