BAR S, operated by Shiseido Parlour, is holding the 9th Anniversary Cocktail Fair to commemorate the 9th anniversary of its opening until Saturday, June 6th.

During the fair, the bar will be serving the signature cocktail "BAR S," which has been served since the bar's opening, in a classic cobbler style called "BAR S Cobbler." The beautiful purple color, which is also the image color of "BAR S," makes this a more gorgeous drink.

In addition, "Ginza 1902 Daisy" will be available, a classic daisy-style version of "BAR S's" original cocktail "Ginza 1902." The cherry and cranberry flavored cocktail with ice cream floating in it is refreshing to look at and perfect for this hot and humid season.

For food, the 9th Anniversary Special Hors d'oeuvre Plate will be available, featuring "Alsace," a meat dish made with layered chicken thighs and Wagyu beef hamburger, and Shiseido Parlour's "Croquettes." In addition, a set menu will be available where you can order the special hors d'oeuvre plate and a glass of wine or champagne.
