At the Fuji Speedway Hotel's TROFEO Lounge, which is adjacent to the Fuji Speedway, we are currently serving Honey Afternoon Tea, which uses domestically produced Mikkabi mandarin honey, which won the Honey of the Year award, in all of its sweets. You can enjoy it for a limited time only until June 6th (Sunday).

Domestic Mikkabi mandarin orange honey is a masterpiece that won the Excellence Award in 2015 at the "XNUMXst Honey of the Year" contest sponsored by the Japan Honey Meister Association. Carefully made in a bee farm.

This time's afternoon tea will feature such prestigious honey. Four types of sweets will be available, including butter sandwiches and macarons made with honey, which has the refreshing scent of mandarin orange flowers that bloom in early summer, and a fruity yet refreshing and elegant taste.

The four types of savouries are made with a variety of ingredients that Shizuoka Prefecture is proud of, such as a slider burger made with Shizuoka pork cooked at a low temperature, and a tart made with Shizuoka salmon trout rillettes and seasonal asparagus.

After a welcome drink is provided after you are seated, you can enjoy free-flowing original coffee and tea menus. Among the many lineups, we recommend Ronnefeld's original blend teas that can only be tasted at Fuji Speedway Hotel, such as the spicy-scented ``Motor Sports Blend'' and the ``Mt. Fuji Blend'' that evokes the tranquility of the sacred Mt. Fuji.
