Kanosuke Distillery, located on the west coast of Kagoshima Prefecture, is a craft distillery that Kosho Jozo, a genuine shochu brewery founded in 1883, began producing whiskey in 2017. They are working to create their own unique whisky, demonstrating the delicate craftsmanship they have cultivated over many years of making shochu.

This limited set includes ``Single Malt Kanosuke THE STORY OF KANOSUKE,'' which has been aged for 5 years in the storage barrels of Japan's first barrel-aged shochu, ``Mellow Kozuru'' by Kosho Jozo, and is available not only in Japan but also in Japan.
